Indian classical vocal music is one of the oldest and intricate musical traditions in the entire world and connects itself to Vedic period. It has been regarded as one of the purest music forms and leads to self realisation. Our music is deeply rooted into our culture and tradition. Each geographical part of India has a notable impact on this music thus we have four major and rich singing styles/Gharanas formed over the course of time. KMW will be focusing on the teachings based out of these Gharanas to give you the most enriching experience of learning Indian Classical Music.
